recherch\u00e9es et recompens\u00e9es ont vocation \u00e0 \u00eatre profitables \u00e0 toutes et\u00a0tous : personnes en situation de handicap, jeunes, s\u00e9niors, femmes\/hommes, personnes issues des zones urbaines ou rurales fragiles\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>Les Troph\u00e9es permettront donc de r\u00e9compenser les entreprises et\/ou organisations de Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9 qui initient et d\u00e9ploient des d\u00e9marches r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies et p\u00e9rennes inscrivant<strong> la diversit\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de leur d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, de leurs probl\u00e9matiques RH mais aussi de leur pilotage manag\u00e9rial.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pour \u00eatre candidate aux Troph\u00e9es de la Diversit\u00e9 en Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9, l\u2019entreprise doit r\u00e9sumer sa d\u00e9marche diversit\u00e9 et ensuite pr\u00e9senter une ou plusieurs actions de son choix s\u2019int\u00e9grant dans cette
